Testing, Inspecting and Certification
All electrical equipment deteriorates with age and requires inspecting at regular intervals in accordance with current IEE wiring regulations BS7671. Whether you are a homeowner or landlord, you are responsible for the safe operation of the Electrical installation of your property.
‘Just because it works, doesn’t necessarily mean its Safe!’

Periodic Inspections
Using hi-tech equipment, coupled with a qualified inspector, an NICEIC report is compiled giving the customer an insight into the current condition of the installation being tested.
An NICEIC certificate is produced and signed off as either satisfactory or un-satisfactory detailing all (if any) code violations.
Visual Inspections
If you know or suspect that an installation does not meet current regulations, an NICEIC visual report is a way of saving time and money, giving a professional opinion and an insight into the condition of your electrics without the expense of a full periodic report.
Certification
All new installations, as well as alterations and additions to existing services are required by the IEE wiring regulations to be certified.
NICEIC certificates confirm the work has been carried out by a qualified electrician to BS7671 current IEE wiring standards, and works meet ‘Part P’ regulations.
Always use an NICEIC approved electrician, and never employ anyone who cannot issue you with a certificate for the completed works!
