GMC Electrics carried out periodic inspections on several of my rental properties, as well as my own house. I entrusted them with remedial works where required to meet current regulations. This included the install of a mains powered smoke detection system for HMO purposes, as well as upgrades to fuse boards and an emergency lighting circuit. The properties are now safe, and compliant with letting agencies and insurance companies.

He talked me through the process, explained the hows and whys then gave an estimate which he stuck to followed by a guarantee and a certificate for the work. Our new loft extension with en-suite bathroom was wired by Gavin. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and professionally, providing me with an NICEIC installation Certificate and automatically registering the work as ‘Part P’ approved with the local authority. Job well done!
